SIR, I HAVE A QUERY. WHILE DOING THE DHANURASANA , WE INHALE AND LIFT THE HEAD UP. SHOULD WE HOLD THE BREATH FOR 10 SECONDS OR CAN WE DO IT IN NORMAL BREATHING DURING THE POSTURE. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR SUGGESTION.
